Location access is optional. If you do not grant permission, you may still use the App by selecting a location manually where supported.

The App stores certain settings locally on your device, such as:

- notification preferences,
- prayer notification modes,
- theme and display preferences,
- audio-related preferences,
- widget preferences.
c. Bookmarks and Reading Progress
The App may store bookmarks, last-read information, and other reading preferences locally on your device to improve your experience.
d. Notification Data
If you enable notifications, the App may schedule local prayer and reminder notifications on your device. This may include notification preferences and selected notification sounds.
e. Device Permissions
Depending on the features used, the App may request access to:
- precise or approximate location,
- notification permissions,
- device sensor or compass support used for qibla-related functionality.
2. How We Use Information
We use information processed by the App to:
- provide prayer times and qibla features,
- send local prayer reminders and notifications,
- save your preferences and personalize the app experience,
- support widgets and scheduled background refresh,
- improve reliability and functionality of the App.
3. Data Storage
Most user data handled by the App is stored locally on your device, including:
- settings,
- bookmarks,
- reading progress,
- selected location details,
- cached schedule or content data.
We do not require you to create an account to use the App.
4. Network Requests and Third-Party Services
The App may connect to third-party or external services to fetch content and app functionality such as:
- Qur’an content,
- tafsir or translation data,
- prayer schedules,
- Hijri calendar data,
- audio resources.
When these requests are made, limited technical information such as your IP address, general device/network metadata, and request parameters may be processed by the relevant service providers as part of standard internet communication.
If location-based prayer time requests are used, the App may send location-related data such as selected city, province, or coordinates as needed to retrieve the appropriate schedule.
We do not control the privacy practices of third-party service providers. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of those services where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share personal information with third parties except:
- when necessary to provide features requested by you, such as fetching prayer times or Qur’an-related content from external services,
- when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request,
- when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users, the App, or others.
6. Notifications
Prayer reminders and other notifications in the App are local device notifications. These notifications are generated based on your settings and scheduled on your device.
If you disable notifications or revoke notification permissions, related reminder features may not function properly.
7. Data Retention
Data stored locally by the App remains on your device until:
- you delete it inside the App,
- you clear the App’s data,
- or you uninstall the App.
Network request logs or server-side processing performed by third-party service providers are subject to their own retention policies.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect the information processed by the App. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner requiring parental consent under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact us.
10. Your Choices
You may control your information by:
- denying or revoking location permission,
- denying or revoking notification permission,
- changing preferences inside the App,
- clearing app storage or uninstalling the App.

If you use the App from outside your country of residence, please note that data requested through third-party services may be processed in other countries depending on the infrastructure of those providers.
